I LIKE YOU TUBE

You Tube is an American -Video-Sharing platform. It is currently owned by Google. It is the second most visited website in the world. You Tube reaches almost three billion monthly active viewers. Collectively they watch more than one billion hours of video every day.

More than five hundred hours of video are uploaded too the platform every minute. There are approximately a billion videos in total. This number is constantly growing.

I am a retired senior citizen. I started watching You Tube over ten years ago at the suggestion of my son. It was a great suggestion! I watch it every day. It is very good way for a senior citizen to occupy his time. To stay current. To be constantly learning and be entertained.

You Tube receives most of its revenue from advertising. It has a huge library of educational content. You can learn everything from how to play a musical instrument, to learn a new language and how to fix the kitchen sink. In addition to about a million other things. It has entertainment for everyone from small children to senior citizens. You can find music from Elvis Presley to Broadway Musicals to Opera and a lot in between.

You Tube is very easy to use. If you have a voice activated remote control just push the button and say You Tube. If you do not have a voice activated remote you can do a search and type in whatever you would like to see. You Tube is constantly putting out new content.

Get used to using You Tube. It is meant for people of all ages. As a senior citizen I think it is a very good way to stay informed, entertained and educated. I think you will like it and it will help keep your mind sharp.
